My First Wedding!

I went to my first wedding last night!! We had such a fun time! I partied late into the night (until about 8:45pm!) Julian got married to Heather. I don't know them all that well, but they tell me Julian is my 3rd cousin! Grandpa Riddle and his Grandma were brother and sister. Anyway, although it was a rainy night in Greer, we had a blast. Well, I was loud during the ceremony, so Mommy had to take me out back. I wasn't being bad, I was just voicing my opinion about the wedding. I am just a talkative little baby. Supposedly I get that from my Daddy. After we left the church, we went to Greer City Park. It was a convention center place. It was really pretty in there. We got to sit down and eat, and me and Mommy danced, and me and Daddy danced, and Mommy and Daddy danced, and then all 3 of us danced together! I was the life of the party (like usual!) I was like a hot potato with everyone passing me around! It was fun, I think I will go to another wedding one day. Looks like we have one scheduled for April!!

An Elf?

Who said I looked like an elf?? OK, maybe in this picture I do. But I don't work at the North Pole. I've never even been up as far as Minnesota. And no, that's not a reindeer in the picture, that's just my Moosie! I'm just a cute baby with an orange elf-like hat.

Hooters!

Since Aunt Shiner came to town and she LOOOOVES Hooters, we got to go to Hooters tonight! Daddy tried to talk us into going somewhere else, but us 3 girls (me, mommy and Shiner) out-voted him 3-1. All the Hooters girls wanted to hang out with me all night, which made all the other customers there upset, but what can I say, I am famous! Everybody wants to hang out with me, as shown in this picture!

Icee!!!

I LOOOOOVE ICEES! I kept eyeing Mommy's Icee and when she wasn't looking, I snatched it!! It was soooo yummy! My tummy hurts a little now.

Bears!

Rule #1 when you see a bear. RUN!!! Those bears wanted to eat me! All Grizzly Bears want to eat little babies! Especially sweet ones like me! The only Bears I like are the Chicago Bears, because they can't hurt anyone.

Gorillas!!

I was scared that Mommy put me this close to this real live Gorilla. She assured me that the Gorilla would not hurt me. But I didn't trust Mommy. Look at that look on my face! I wasn't too sure about this situation!

Goats!

Mommy told me goats eat everything.....hay, paper, goat food, and even little babies. Then Mommy told me she was going to feed me to the goats! But Daddy didn't let her. I am glad Mommy keeps Daddy around, especially in situations like these!

Giraffes!

Mommy told me not to feed the giraffes, but I wanted to anyway. They are fun!! Me and my daddy like Giraffes!

My First Trip to the Zoo

This is me and mommy and daddy at the Riverbanks Zoo in Columbia -- we're in front of the elephant exhibit - there were elephants behind us but they moved. I even wore my elephant bib so I would fit in. It was a pretty warm day today so we didn't stay too long, but mommy and daddy promised we can go back again. I got to see some real live bears and penguins and lions and tigers and monkeys. Mommy and Daddy got a big red cherry icee but they didn't even give me one sip! They are so unfair!

Play Time

I love to play! I play and play and play and play, but sometimes I just play so much that I need a little rest. Mommy and Daddy just expect me to play so much -- it's tough work getting to all those toys in one day! It's a good thing my little seat is soft and cozy so I can rebuild my strength to play some more!

Going to Work!

This picture was taken before my first day of work for ICRC (see my staff shirt!) They needed me to help work the labor day 5k in Chapin. I guess they had a slot open for a cute baby to fall asleep in her chair.
Lately, I've been just going to school and coming home and relaxing in the evenings. I'm getting ready for Grandma Bollo to come visit me -- I'm going to let her sleep in my safari room but she has to bring her own diapers. Kidding! I will share.
I'm getting ready to start eating cereal, I'm excited about that -- I have seen commercials for Cap'n Crunch and I'm hoping that's what I'll get! Fruity Pebbles is my second choice -- I'll let you know which one I get! I'm also gearing up for my first mountain trip! I got my mountain hiking boots and all my backpacking gear, so I'm ready!

Go BEARS!

I love Bears! and the Chicago Bears. Here's me in my bear pajamas with my womb-sounds mommy bear -- we are ready to cheer the bears to victory for their first game of the season. I fell asleep before the game was over so I'm not sure how it turned out. Grandpa can fill me in when he comes to visit. Just for the record I still like the packers as well as the vikings for the next year or two, but I have Chicago Bear blood in me! Go Bears!

Race Day

See! Mom and Dad are making me work so hard all the time! This is me working at the registration table at the Chapin Labor Day 5K. It's like I'm like a slave -- I never get a chance to rest. And that's my moose toy -- her name is Olive -- Olive Moosie -- go ahead -- say it out loud -- my dad is so funny.
